To suffer with depression is debilitating and energy-sapping. I have been through this myself in the past and I found it draining and exhausting. Together we would carefully, and safely, explore the reasons for the way you feel right now and find a way of restoring your well-being and your joie de vivre.

We'll start with a friendly, no obligation call to understand what brings you here, and to see if you feel I’m the right fit for you.
First
Session
We have a conversation so that I can understand, in a little more depth, your goals, your story and what has lead you to this point, and how we both can work together to realise those goals.
The Therapy
Process
Sessions can last about an hour, and can be held in person in South East England or via Zoom online if you would feel more relaxed and comfortable in your own surroundings. We work together using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro-linguist practice and hypnotherapy to release the thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you.
We will then provide you with a transformation recording of around 15 minutes which you must listen to for 21 days following the Therapy session. This is a vital part of your healing process.
