Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be. Our work together is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what's happening for you, at your own pace, in your own words and with your health and happiness in mind. You are always in control, and I will be there to guide you gently throughout.

What to Expect
Free 30 minute Conversation
We'll start with a friendly, no obligation call to understand what brings you here, and to see if you feel I’m the right fit for you.
First
Session
We have a conversation so that I can understand, in a little more depth, your goals, your story and what has lead you to this point, and how we both can work together to realise those goals.
The Therapy
Process
Sessions can last about an hour, and can be held in person in South East England or via Zoom online if you would feel more relaxed and comfortable in your own surroundings. We work together using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro-linguist practice and hypnotherapy to release the thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you.
We will then provide you with a transformation recording of around 15 minutes which you must listen to for 21 days following the Therapy session. This is a vital part of your healing process.
