We start off by having a relaxed and informal chat about why you’ve decided to come to me, in order to find out how I might be able to help you.

We talk through your thoughts, feelings and issues and then, using hypnosis, we discover how your clever brain has managed to convince itself of a limiting belief. We then explore those thoughts and feelings under hypnosis to find out how your clever mind has been trying, unsuccessfully, to help you. We then work together to re-frame those beliefs and banish them from your life.

People can sometimes find the thought daunting. Hypnosis is simply a way of getting you to feel totally relaxed, like being in a warm bath.

I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do under hypnosis. It’s simply helping you to access the part of your brain that’s told your conscious mind to try to help you in some way - but which, in fact, is holding you back.

Please be assured that it’s a safe and gentle place. I have hypnotised very many people and have been hypnotised myself by different people.

I will send you a short recording which you will need to listen to for a minimum of 21 days to re-programme your old, limiting, beliefs into transformational and life-changing beliefs in yourself.
