We talk through your thoughts, feelings and issues and then, using hypnosis we discover how your clever brain has managed to convince itself of a limiting belief. We then explore those thoughts and feelings under hypnosis and find out how your clever mind has been trying, unsuccessfully, to help you. And then we re-frame those beliefs together

People can sometimes find the thought daunting. Hypnosis is simply a way of getting you to feel totally relaxed, like being in a warm bath.
I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do under hypnosis. It’s simply helping you to access the part of your brain that’s told your conscious mind to try to help you in some way - but which, in fact, is holding you back.
Please be assured that it’s a safe and gentle place. I have hypnotised very many people and have been hypnotised myself by different people.

You just need to relax, be calm and comfortable during the sessions and say what you see and feel.
It is terribly important that you are committed to some sort of change in your beliefs.
You will be sent a short recording which you will need to listen to for a minimum of 21 days to re-programme those limiting beliefs into transformational and life-changing beliefs in yourself.
